Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AppZivo's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Our Services

AppZivo provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, AI integration, and custom software solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Project Agreements

For each project, we will provide a detailed proposal or agreement that includes:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision policy
• Ownership and intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Obtain necessary rights for any content or materials provided

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before starting work, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or completion. Late payments may result in project suspension.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or proprietary data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

AppZivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Specific termination terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
